Due to the digital nature of our services and products at Foundrix Global Tech Private Limited, all sales are final. Once a transaction has been completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate billing due to technical errors on our payment gateway (PhonePe). In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
